• Only postpaid mobile networks (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) are active in the region.
• Breakfast availability on the first and last day depends on arrival and departure times.
• Acclimatization to high altitudes is recommended due to varying climate conditions.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to disturbances (weather, political, etc.) without changing the total duration or services.
• Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport (IXL) in Leh is the nearest airport to Ladakh.
• Consult a physician before travel and carry necessary medications and a first-aid kit.
• Pack adequate warm clothes and suitable footwear. Limit baggage to 60 liters for convenience.
• Rate changes due to service or hotel adjustments will be borne by the client, including changes in guest numbers.
• Hotel availability is not guaranteed; similar standard properties will be arranged if necessary.
• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen disturbances without altering the trip duration or services.
• No refunds will be given if the tour or activities are not completed for any reason.
• Entry fees, permits, and camera charges are not included in the package.
• GST is applicable to the total package cost.
• Personal expenses, unlisted meals, transfers, and drinks are excluded from the package.
• Littering is discouraged; travelers may be fined for environmental harm.
• Carry snacks, an insulated water bottle, and dry food from home.
• Damage to resort property will incur additional charges.
• Airfare, visa fees, insurance, and airport taxes are not included in the package.
• Cash is advised as ATMs are scarce in high-altitude areas.
• No responsibility for expenses if a traveler leaves the trip mid-way; no refund will be provided.
• ID proof (excluding PAN cards) is mandatory at booking and arrival.
• Rescheduling for Standard/Deluxe Packages: 30% charge if made 7 days after booking to 15 days before travel; 100% charge within 15 days before travel. No changes within 15 days of travel.
• No rescheduling for Super Deluxe and hotel-specific bookings; cancellation policies apply.
• Force Majeure: The operator may reschedule or provide alternative itineraries in unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellation after rescheduling follows the standard cancellation policy, and rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
