• Hotel Availability: If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we'll offer alternatives. Prices may change based on your new selection. If unsatisfied, a refund of the advance payment will be issued.
• Accommodation: Hotels are chosen based on your preferences and budget.
• No Hidden Charges: All costs are transparent.
• Validity: Prices are valid for the specified period only.
• Additional Costs: Extra beds, meals, or charges for additional guests/kids (over 5 years) must be paid directly to the hotel.
• Non-A/C Rooms: Rooms in Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, and Kodaikanal will not have A/C due to cooler climates.
• Eravikulam Park Closure: The park may close for 3 months yearly due to goat breeding (Nilgiri Tahr).
• Payment: Full payment must be made by or before arrival (no cheques or demand drafts). A 2.5% card charge applies for online payments.
• Strikes & Bandhs: In case of strikes or bandhs, alternative arrangements will be made, but any extra expenses incurred are not included.
• Check-in/Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may incur additional charges.
• Houseboat Stay: Check-in is at 12:30 PM, with cruising until 5:00 PM, followed by anchoring as per government rules.
• Hotel Reviews: We recommend reviewing the hotels and locations before confirming your booking. Hotel changes upon arrival may incur charges.
